Each Living Room Realty office is designed to reflect the character of its city or neighborhood. For each location, we draw inspiration from the history of the buildings, the surrounding community, and the landscape.
The Lucky Building in Vancouver was built in 1904. When it was set to be updated, the team rehabilitating the building wanted to create a mural that both celebrated the city and nodded to the history of the building. Lucky Buiding mural design & illustration by Bologna Sandwich, painting production by Studio Sign Co.
For the Multnomah Village office, nestled in the winding southwest hills, we created a mural that reflected the surrounding landscape. The linework extended onto the windows, casting beautiful shadows in the afternoon sun.
From matchbooks to T-shirts, we’ve designed a range of swag that captures the spirit of Living Room Realty—thoughtful, fun, and community-focused.
